I bought a dishwasher in January with a years warranty. It broke about 6 weeks ago. I eventually managed to get through to the seller who told me Matrix would contact me. Well they haven't and now the seller is no longer responding. How can I get through to eBay to raise this as all I get is an automated direction which doesn't cover items under warranty

Ebay do not get involved in warranties.
They give you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee but after that, it is between you and the seller.

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt. If they are not, a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, to return the item for a full refund.
If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund. Try your payment provider, they may help with th refund now.
If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this, then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps, if you wish to take this further.

If it is a business seller their address will be on their listings so you can write to them to see if you get a response or find their phone number and ring them.
As advised, Citizens Advice may be able to suggest 'next steps' but, to be honest, online warranties are only as good as your ability to enforce them and that can be very difficult.
