Unable to get a Returns label

Hi, I received a returns label from ebay and I have until 11th November to do the return.  I couldn't print the label out immediately and now it's disappeared.  I asked the seller if they could supply another label.  They replied and said a label was attached, but it wasn't.  I asked the seller to try sending it again but they haven't replied.  Unfortunately the seller refunded me straight away, so now I have both the goods and the refund.  I can't see how to get in touch with ebay for another label and I don't want to get a black mark for not returning goods.  What can I do?  Thanks for any advice.

The seller refunded you too early.

Once a refund has been processed, the returns label is no longer available to view or use.

Let the seller know this amd then, if they want the item back, they will have to arrange another way to provide you with the ability to return.

This could be them sending you a stamped padded envelope for example, or making a payment for postage directly to you via Paypal or your bank account.

They can't do anything through Ebay as, as far as Ebay is concerned, the case is closed.
