Disappeared Purchase... possible scam

I bought something for £12 on Friday. I did find it strange that I didn't get an automatic email. I've checked today and the item is not in my purchase list  but my bank has taken the £12 to Ebay... eBay O*06-12831-38

06-12831-38 would have been the start of the listing number. 

How can I get a refund if the listing isn't on eBay? I suppose I could query it with my bank.  What can eBay help with? Luckily, it's only £12.

I bought two other items at the same time and they went through fine, with one arriving today.

Could this be a scam where they list and receive the money then delete the account??

You may well have ordered as a guest which why it doesn’t show on your eBay account.

check your email account in addition on the eBay help pages search ordering as guest.

Could be you bought the item as a guest on ebay, so the item wouldn't show in your purchase history.

I really don't think that's possible at I was already signed into my eBay app. Like I mentioned,  I ordered two other items at the exact same time.  Bizarre!

Plus, if it was ordered as a guest,  it still should have emailed somewhere?

Check your phone for details of what you bought, like seller,what the item was you wanted etc, and check your spam folder.

If you only have part of the item number then it may still arrive, so if nothing in a few days you can try ebay customers services, and if no joy contact your bank.
