Did not received my total refund from seller.

I placed an order with a seller I then decided to return it for a refund I paid the return postage costs as it was my mistake I should have been refunded £21.98 I was only refunded £20.89 so my refund is short by £1.09 I looked at the sellers listing and there is no mention of restocking fees so can I claim my missing £1.09 from the seller and are sellers allowed to do that. Will I be able to claim this amount back or will e bay be able to help.

Can anyone advise how to proceed.

Thank you

Did not received my total refund from seller.

Sellers are not allowed to charge a re stocking fee.

Contact eBay Customer Services.  Explain a full refund wasn't given, they have access to the case and can see that a full refund was due.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
