Delivery update

Hi 

I’ve had two items sent and delivered , but eBay hasn’t updated the tracking . 

almost been a week now and looks as though it’s holding my funds because it hasn’t updated. 

I’ve emailed eBay help twice but no response , the customer service reply is ridiculously slow . 

any one have an answer ?

eBay are currently experiencing an issue with tracking on some items not updating.

I'll tag Community Manager dave@ebay   who is dealing with this,  and he can add your account to the ' bug ticket'.
