Customer scam me. I lost money and my product!

For anyone who read this please be AWARE of customers scamming. Recently i sold a gpu (worth £370) to a new account (0 feedbacks , 1 month old account). I sent it to him then after 1 he received he open case to return the item and he claimed that my gpu was not working (which is a lie as was my gpu from my computer, used , tested and decided to sell it) i accept it back but i never received back as royal mail claimed that they delivered but actually they take it back too in the same (see picture). I try contact ebay , i speak with 5 agents and none of them helps me , all of them told me to contact royal mail which i did. I open a case with royal mail , royal mail told me that customer provided different label that ebay provided and they can't do anything about it now , they told me to contact ebay or the person who send parcel (in my case my customer) and told them to send my product. I try to contact customer but nothing, no response after 4 days. In the ended i lost £370 and my product too. EBAY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEY'LL SELLERS, ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. So anyone who read this, just be aware about customers scam as you gonna lost money and your product too.

Yes. I provided the label that ebay gave me. I pay for that label.
