Customer saying hasn’t received parcel

Good afternoon 

I be been trying to contact a buyer who is saying he hasn’t had the parcel delivered ,although he said they tried to deliver on the 7th of December but he wasn’t at home,I sent via GSP .

I’m under the impression that once it’s left GSP ,that it’s delivery or ,not is then down to GSP,why is my account on hold then?

If it shows on tracking as Attempted delivery then you should win any dispute.

Sellers are not responsible for items that go missing once they arrive at the hub.

Because it is on GSP have you made sure that ebay know that it is GSP.

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.

Tell ya what I think it would be easier to actually find the scarlet pimpernel ,or jimmy hoffa than someone to talk to at eBay.The worst customer service ever.

Hi thanks 

I didn’t know anything about this community,I’ve had this happen twice before and eBay were very unhelpful.

I’d even got photos of package left at customers doors and still they took my money back.

i will try and ring them tomorrow thanks to you all ,very helpful.
