Customer left a neutral feedback by mistake

The above two customers accidentally left us neutral feedbacks, but they actually intended to give us positive feedbacks. Since these two neutral feedbacks have affected the account's credit limit increase this month, we hope you can help us remove them. Thank you very much!! Looking forward to your reply.

I would think eBay Customer Services will suggest to send the 2 buyers feedback revisions to complete.

 

Otherwise , you can contact eBay Customer Services explain the neutrals wrongly placed are affecting your sales limits,  but the feedbacks  do not exactly break feedback rules, so they may not remove them.  Worth a try.

 

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

 

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
