Unfortunately you can no longer move Default account history/feedback scores or Country of original registration across sites so your account will continue to default to the original Australia site settings despite any UK residential Address etc. details/changes you have made.
As @papso22 advises >> Opening a new UK based site account is the only way to prevent this happening continuously.
