Parcel drop off places

Don’t seem able to contact customer support about this but the list of places you can drop a parcel off is years out of date. Many of the places listed closed down years ago or no longer exist. Do they never check any of these automated lists?

It’s when you go to How To Ship and option 3 Find A Drop Off Location. It then goes to Royalmail.com. The list it provides is years out of date. The first one in the list is a shop called Alldays which went out of business 5 years ago as an example.
