Hi. I am trying to use 20 percent off coupon but it's not working. The seller told me about this coupon. It's not showing on the item page above the price. The seller sent me the code and a screenshot of how it appears on his page. I tried to enter it on checkout and it's not accepting it. I looked online and tried all kinds of coupon codes, none work. When browsing for items, said item is indicated to be 20 percent off with coupon. I select it there, again no code on the item page, add to card go to checkout enter code(s) , none are accepted. I am using ebay.co.uk, using the app, but am currently not in the UK. Might that be the issue?
