For a live agent you have to contact CS at certain times, otherwise you will get automated bots, as it's now a 24 / 7 hour CS service.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning when the lines first open for live agents at 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there is also, more chance of Dublin answering.
