Combined postage request

Hi all I am pretty new to selling, I have a lady who has bought 5 items from me and has messaged me to combine postage, I have no problem doing this however I can't seem to work out how to do it and still get paid. Any advice would be appreciated, there must be a simple solution I'm just not seeing

Thanks in advance

Combined postage request

This is assuming she hasn't paid anything yet:

On My eBay go to your orders page and from the dropdown actions menu for one of the items select Send Invoice.  The other items will be on the next page.  Change the postage to what you want to charge and submit.

On seller hub go to the Orders tab > Awaiting payment. From the dropdown actions menu for one of the items select Send Invoice.  The other items will be there.  Change postage and submit.

If she has paid you won't be able to combine now but you can issue a partial refund for the extra postage.    To do that click on the dropdown menu again and use the Send Refund link.   On the next page you will be able to change the amount before submitting.

Combined postage request

You  can do this,  but be aware you will only have one tracking number for 5 items, so potentially leaving yourself open to a case for some of the items not received,  and you would have nothing to prove otherwise.

If you wish to combine postage,  go right of the item sold to More Actions, and select Send payment Details, amend the  postage there to that required,  but do not click on reset.  Check it is correct,  and send .

If you are on the Seller Hub,  you click on the item in Orders >>  Awaiting Payment,  then top left you will see send Invoice,  follow the above instructions.

You may need a laptop / Pc to do this,  and not the app or mobile browser.
