I didn't use e-bays pre-printed labels

I successfully sold an item. The buyer paid. I could not use the e-bay pre-printed labels, the item was too big for evri. so, I  posted it myself and the buyer received it. However, on 'my e-bay' the item is showing as 'postage overdue' because I didn't use your labels. I want paying, where do we go from here please?

Cancel the unused label.  Go to orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.

When you buy your own postage you have to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.
