Collection scam

when I saw an  item I wanted but it said it was for collection. I asked if I can have it for delivery and they said sure. They asked for my address (I didn’t know this breached agreement). I payed through visa and eBay and then when it was time to send it this guy says I’m trying to scam him? What should I do? He asked for the collection code so the order looks complete and I have the pics to prove that he lied to me but they are png

You have only 30 days from estimated delivery date given on the eBay order confirmation to open an 'Item not received' case --- Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund and buy elsewhere --- see >

Re: Collection scam

If you have given seller the collection code, you will have difficulty now claiming not received, as in ebay’s eyes it was a collection item and the code proves you have collected.

Did they say how you would go about doing that?
