Hi

The buyer collected an item. I forgot to scan his phone as collected. I’ve messaged him

fir the code but he’s not responding. How do I mark it as collected?

You can't do it without the code.   Maybe the buyer is confused about where to find it (they should have received it in an email).    You can ask them to confirm they’ve collected in person through the item’s order details.

If they still don't do that you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released but you will get it in the end.
