Closing my account

Hi All

i messaged eBay in December 24, telling them I am closing my shop.I have since had messages stating I owe them for the shop fees for 2025.

i have a message from eBay dated 27/12/24 clearly stating I have requested closing the shop.

The ‘chats’ I have had today were pointless.

does anyone know where  I can escalate this problem?
