26th May brought carpet cleaner

I brought carpet cleaner got tracking number was posted but then says wasn’t as to big to post sent messages ignored them now today said waiting for a label to post out but this has been going on for a week I asked eBay to cancel order she said no to late but she still has cleaner at her house apparently I’m really fed up with this now what do I do

You wait until the day after the expected delivery date and then open a case for item not received to get a refund.
