I have just informed Ebay of my new address. they have put a block on my account until i provide a photo ID. I am 74 years old and do not have a passport or driving license or any photo proof. What can i do. I have been with Ebay 14 years , can anyone help please.

They may accept a birth certificate along with a recent 'official' letter for example a utilities bill, bank statement, or a letter from HMRC with your address and corresponding name on.
