Hi, I have just sold an item, and the buyer has messaged me to say they have made a mistake and to send it to a completely different address to that shown in the order details. Could someone please advise if this is possible or should I cancel the order and ask them to repurchase with the correct address?
Thank you for any advice.

That would remove your seller protection. Best to cancel and relist after buyer has updated their details. Tell buyer what you're doing. You can use the reason "something wrong with buyer's address". If they've paid the refund will be issued in the process.
If by any chance they don't update their address cancel again and put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

You are only covered if sending tracked to address by eBay on payment details.
Best to cancel as problem with buyers address, then relist so buyer can buy again and use correct address.
