Cancelling an order (after cancellation is declined)

Hi 🙂 

I requested to cancel an order which the seller did decline however after messaging they have said that they will be happy to cancel the order but are now not able to do so as they previously declined. How do we resolve this? 🙂

They'll need to contact eBay and ask them if they can cancel it manually their end.
