Hello, 27-13393-54359 it’s order number , I bought this product yesterday and 5 mins later I send cancellation this product because is wrong address delivery . Seller declined this cancellation, can you help me please ?

Contact the seller and explain about the address.   They can stil cancel if they haven't dispatched the item.    And check all your addresses here:

Seller canceled this because send product but I send cancellation before
when this product was send

The seller should have accepted your cancellation but if it's been sent now I'm afraid there isn't anything you can do apart from trying to retrieve it from your old address.

Once the seller has declined to cancel that's it.

Perhaps you could arrange to pick up from the address the item was sent to?
