Can't actually get hold of ebay

Hi, trying to get online chat or email to ebay customer service but can't. Is this deliberate by ebay or is it hidden in an obscure area?

Ebay do provide help pages that contain the answers to most issues raised,and you can always ask for help on this board to.

If you read the announcement on Feb. 3rd, you will see that from the 4th, ebay are providing 24/7 service with contact to a human.

Do not know how this wonderful service is accessed, reading through questions contact is still difficult.
