Can anyone help me please?? I cannot get into Ebay on my tablet. It states " were sorry this version

I cannot get into my Ebay account it states " were sorry, this version of the app is no longer supported. Please take a moment to update to the latest version." With either cancel or update. Cancel just closes the app down, update it takes me to Google play with a screen saying open or uninstall. If you press open it takes you back to "were sorry" again. So it has been uninstalled, reinstalled only to have the same message again. Have restarted tablet to no avail. Any suggestions.  Thanks

This announcement was made a few days ago, it may be affecting devises you are using.

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.
