Keep being my version of ebay app is outdated please update.

Tried everything to update but still get the same message. Tried reinstalling but still cant open Ebay pages.

A Community Manager has posted this information,  for all app users.

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.

Thank you for that.my tab is a Samsung A 2016 and below the 9 you stated so I am doomed. My phone is ok though for Ebay so will carry on with that.
