Hi can anyone help me, I went to buy an item and I was told it was sold when I messaged the seller for dimensions, the next day the item was back on for sale with 21 day time schedule, I put it in my basket and then paid for the item which has gone out of my bank account. I messaged the seller and asked about collection, he said you haven’t bought a door from me I told you it was sold, how on earth can I put an item in my basket, pay for it, when it was apparently already sold. I had an email from eBay congratulating me on my purchase, confused and annoyed!!! Can anyone please help, I’ve done a cancellation but I’m still now out of pocket for the next few days!
