UK Royal Mail - not able to send parcels with prepaid labels

Can Ebay let buyers know that the UK Royal Mail is unable to scan parcels with an Ebay prepaid label at the m. There is a glitch in the system.

This started on Saturday 2nd August and the issue isn't resolved yet.

So although parcels have beem marked as sent by Ebay - many parcels will be late arriving.
