I would seriously like to know why a particular seller is ignoring messages asking about measurements..and when l try to buy her buy it now items it will not let me. 

As far as l am concerned l haven't purchased or sold anything to this seller or had any other dealings with the them at all

Who knows except some sellers don't seem to want to be bothered with questions.   Maybe the item is already packed up.   Now you've contacted them they can put your ID on their blocked bidder list.

Sellers can block any buyer for any reason. There's nothing in your profile to concern a seller. I can only guess that it was for some reason in response to the messages you have sent them.
