Buying options

Hi on more and more items that I'm interested in the button to bid or purchase has been replaced with buying options i get emailed telling me something im interested in is up for auction yet i can't bid or buy due to the button being buying options when selected I get a message saying you can not purchase or bid on this item using the eBay app save to watch list its already in my watch list but that makes no difference to the situation I have asked about this problem numerous times and no one has helped at all if I cant use the app then what good is it

Some items cannot be purchased on the app,when it says add to watchlist that is so you can use another device such as pc  go to your watchlist and purchase from there.

Obviously if you don't have any other devices this wont work and you will be unable to buy that particular item on eBay
