Buyer requested false refund

Hi everyone, I recently has a buyer request a refund due to the fact they claimed the item did not match the image. I messaged them and they never responded. Then when ebay made a case I explained it in the part where you can explain the issue and they gave the buyer a refund and let him keep the item. Is there anything I can do?

If a seller does not accept a return and refund when a not as described case is opened eBay will enforce a refund usually without the seller getting the item back.

It's now between you and the buyer to try to get your item back.
