I recently purchased some curtains described as Linen on the main page beneath the available sizes. They're polyester. That's in the "description box" you need to click on.
I've contacted the seller who's quite sarcastic, downright rude and informed me "Linen is a style". They won't have it that it's a fabric. Their response is 8% discount that wouldn't cover the returns. I can't seem to contact customer services. Any advice?

You don't have to contact Customer Services.
You do not have top contact this unhelpful seller anymore.
Just proceed this way:
You have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
Read up about eBay's MBG Money Back Guarantee policy from the link below, it's also written on every listing, it can save you a lot of time and money when buying on eBay.

Thank you so much. The seller is being very passive aggressive. They're so crafty labelling as "Linen" in the description and in the info, but not in the extra box of description you need to open.
I've told them the curtains are for a community centre and that I'm not going to recommend their rubbish to any of the users!

The seller has sent me a 10% another pair of curtains and has just changed the description to "polyester"! If it wasn't for the fact I screenshot the description I would think I was going mad.
