Buyer protection

Bought an item after winning bid. Then missed message from seller saying she couldn't find it. Saw next message from her asking me to contact ebay for a refund. Total £14.74 (1 item)  Vintage Double Bed Dorma Bolster Case £10.99 + £3.75 postage. Sale date 13th Nov 2024 18:45. Seller sent me a message at 13:40  on 12th Nov 2024 explaining that she couldn't find item.  However I did not read this message.

If you have paid, then it is up to the seller to refund you.

Contact the seller and ask them for a refund.

If they don't send a refund (you will get an email from Ebay when the seller processes it) you will need to wait until one day after the latest estimated delivery date and open an 'item not received' case.

Two points about using this forum:

We are other members like you.  We can't access accounts or send you a refund.
