Ebay have since emailed to say if I don't resolve the issue they will refund the buyer but I have had a message from the buyer to say they have the item and they are happy with the item. but there is no way of telling Ebay so they release my money and do not refund the buyer.

eBay will only go by postal tracking. Make sure you've added the tracking number to ebay.

Maybe there was a delay with the tracking updating but the case should just expire now. You could contact ebay and get them to confirm that. Not sure if this link works for business sellers but try requesting a callback on here:
