Buyer not received their parcel

Recently sold a personalised frame and the buyer wanted it posted to her local argos store. This was posted through Evri. I can see through my tracking that the item was delivered. Unfortunately the buyer was ill and unable to pick it up by the cut off date. However she did go the following day. Argos informed her that the frame was either posted back to me via royal mail or given to charity. I haven't received this item as my address wasn't known to Royal mail. There is a compensation of 20 via evri. I not sure where we stand on this and I can't find a way to contact ebay. Any help would be grateful

Bottom line is if the tracking shows delivery the buyer would not win a "not received" case, as long as the Argos addressed was supplied via ebay.

Always put a return address on parcel.

It won't affect the outcome of this case, but if item undelivered at least you get item back.
