Hi this is probably a common question but I can't find a definitive answer so any advice much appreciated! Buyer bought a coat which I sent with Evri tracked (I would only use Evri with tracking as have had bad experiences with them leaving parcels in random places). The buyer missed 3 x deliveries (claiming they had all been on the same day which wasn't true). It is now being returned to me. The buyer still wants the coat and has asked for it to be sent without signature. When I receive it, do I have to pay for return delivery? If I decide not to send it can I refund it minus outgoing delivery costs as I feel it isn't my fault that it wasn't received. Many thanks!
