Item bought , paid for but no contact from buyer’s

Item I was selling has been bought & paid for . I messaged buyer to arrange pick up but heard nothing yet what should I do now ?

Collection only?  

Often a problem when buyers find the realism of arranging.  Buyers may try to arrange their own courier but this is not a good idea as you lose any eBay protection.  

You may have to cancel I'm afraid if there really is no contact within - say - seven days.   @leighcarole20122013
