Buyer has not received six digit shipping code

Hi all 

A recently sold a stationary engine which was on a collection only 

Which I sold the buyer paid a courier to collect the funds are on hold but need a qr or 6 digit number to confirm collection my end the buyer has not received any code or qr code all we have is a order Id number any help would be appreciated as the autobot chat is having a break down

Ask your buyer to check their eBay messages,  emails and the order detail for the item , the code should be there.  It is essential they bring this with them, it's your only proof of collection.

If they just cannot find it, send them the link and times below to contact Customer Services they should be able to provide this code.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I think your buyer is having you on.  

While this may delay your payment being released you should be comforted by the fact that the buyer has removed their access to the money back guarantee by sending a courier.
