Buyer gone missing

I have a buyer who has not collected or contacted me for over a month. I have been paid, how do I resolve this?

You have been very patient, it's not a firm timeline but usually 7 days is an acceptable period to wait for an item to be collected.

 

However, something may have happened to this buyer , or it could be simple forgetfulness?  Send the buyer a polite message that if you do not hear from them in say 48 hours,   you deem the item to be unwanted and will be cancelling the order which will refund them.

 

To cancel,  click on the item,  then top left to View Order Details.  From far right and More Actions select Cancel this order,  selecting the reason Buyer Requests to Cancel.  This refunds your buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.
