Buyer didn’t receive item

Hi all,

 

I sent an item next day delivery and 23 days on we together were getting nowhere with Evri.  I refunded the buyer and complained to Evri.  Evri have come back and said they lost the parcel but because I went through eBay for the delivery they can’t do anything and I need to contact eBay.  I can’t find a way to contact anybody at eBay, I just keep getting endless articles about getting buyer to say they didn’t receive it, but I just eventually refunded and so they can’t do anything there end either. Any ideas?
