Buyer complaint

Anyone else had problems with getting a refund when the seller has sent items to the wrong address and person?

If the seller has tracking to show delivery to a name and address different to that which you have on your delivery address details in your eBay account,  then opening a case for item not received,   you should be able to escalate the case on day 4.

If for some reason the case closes in the seller's favour,  contact eBay Customer Services they can see your delivery address and can compare to the postcode on the tracking number the seller has provided.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I strongly recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Is the address on your account correct?

Could the sellers postal service delivered to the wrong address?

My address hasn't changed at all and is correct, I've received other
parcels from eBay sellers without any issues or problems so this is down to
the seller for 2x bags of xylitol.

With the link I provided above contact eBay Customer Services,  they have access to your account and if the address you have registered doesn't match the tracking and postcodes there,  they should be able to action a refund.

The seller may well have switched postage labels, but we cannot be sure what has happened.

As above,  I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
