I am looking to get in touch with sellers who have experience a buyer or a carrier damaging their item, specifically a Pokemon TCG Card.
If I accept the return I am now going to lose a lot of value on the card and as a seller I do not believe this is fair.
Is anyone aware of where I can claim or the process I need to follow to be reimbursed for this?

Did you buy a shipping label that offered insurance against loss or damage?
If the card was adequately packaged then they should compensate you.
Did you buy the label via eBay?
