This morning, before 8AM, I tried to contact eBay using their live chat service. At the time, an automated message said to wait until they open at 8AM.
I waited until after 8AM, but the live-chat history is stuck on what was previously open. In other words, it still thinks I'm on the chat prior to 8AM and will not let me type, end the chat, or restart the chat. This seems like a bug in the website and switching to another device or browser does not work.
Every time I choose to live-chat, I just see this screen:

Is there anyone from eBay's technical team who can help?
