Getting Paid by Ebay not working

I have been selling on ebay for a number of years,

I accept their changes, even though I do not like most of them.

But the final limit for me is these past 4 days I cannot withdraw cleared / approved funds from Ebay,

the box to enter an amount to withdraw comes up but the button to select to perform this task is not on the screen anywhere !

I just get a standard msg saying you will be paid every 3 months, next time being 7th October.

Does this mean I cannot withdraw any more money until 7th January ?

Am I the only person considering stopping using Ebay after 6th

October ?

Ebay do pay out automatically every three months if you happen to have a balance on that day.

However, you look like a regular seller who should be able to withdraw on demand.

I would contact Ebay Customer Services - use the link below to get a callback - and ask them why there is an issue with you withdrawing your money.

Sometimes, I have found I can't access payments early in the morning but can do so later, so maybe try again before you contact Ebay.

I just contacted ebay by phone at 07.00 when they were not busy.

I normally use Chrome, we tried edge, both had similar problem.

They worked out that my screen resolution was on 120% so I had to press

Control and minus button - then I could see the 'missing' buttons on my screen.

I am glad it's been resolved for you.

It is so frustrating when you can't get stuff to work - sounds like a really simple solution but I know it's something I wouldn't have ever spotted on my own laptop!
