I bought mobile online and paid for it he wanted me to pick up I said I can’t it’s to far so I said plz post it but he wanted the code so I gave him and nothing my money has gone no mobile what can I do I have been scammed I sent him loads of msgs no answer

By giving the code, I doubt that you can open s not received case as the code PROVES for ebay  that you received what you paid for.

You could try your payment provider to see if they can help, although as a chargeback passes through ebay, again ebay may avoid having to refund as they have proof of delivery.
