Bought as guest, can't message seller

I bought something as a guest, the seller has messaged me so I got an email. If I try reply it asks me to register so I try but it says the account exists, so I log in and get into the account fine but then it doesn't have my order there - I get an error. How do I contact the seller

With a guest purchase your eBay account is not used, so there will be no contact links there with your seller.
