Blocked buyer

I have a customer in Czechia who is trying to buy from me in UK. He gets the message that I won't post to Czechia. Ebay have checked my account and say there are no blocks in place, my customer can buy from other sellers in the UK and up until today has been buying from me. Anyone know what might be happening as to why thislong term and regular customer is blocked?

There must be some block somewhere so put their ID on your exemption list and see if that helps:

Add the buyer to your exemption list,and check your buyer requirements like allowing buyers to buy ex amount of items from you in certain amount of time. See here, Setting buyer requirements | eBay

Thank you for your reply. The buyer is on the exemption list and has been for several years, however Ebay said I had blocked all Europe and Asia except Belarus and Russia; in fact I had done the opposite three years ago. I have had bids from European buyers right up to a few days ago.

I don't see any related country in your list to Czechia or Bohemia etc,so best check your applicable countries again.

There are no blocked countries, I have just done a fresh listing with no blocked countries, using the Ebay postage, still my seller is unable to buy as it says I don't post to Czechia
