Held payment

Ebay are holding back payment to me because the PO tracking says it has 'nt been delivered. I have contacted the buyer who has confirmed that he has received the item and has confirmed this by message. I cannot get anyone on ebay to sort this out. I want to talk to someone AT EBAY to sort this out NOW!

The ebay tracking system on the ebay site is not working,so not updating tracking details.

If the Royal mail website online shows the item as delivered you can contact ebay and they can release the payment for you, eBay Customer Service

If not then you will have to wait 14 days for the payment
