Request for a refund of an item that was not delivered

I need a help on an item I paid for and the seller said the item was no longer available when I reached out to her, she asked me to cancel the order which I did but up till now am yet to receive my refund

The refund when cancelled by the seller will go back to your payment source and won't be instant.Credit card refunds can take upto 30 days to show .

Buyers can request cancellation but the seller still have to implement it.  If they don't do that after the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

You will be able to escalate it to get your money back 3 complete working days later.
