Advise on negative feedback situation

Over the last few weeks I have had constant messages from a seller to revise a negative feedback.  I stand by my feedback and don't intend to change it, but whatever I say doesn't seem to stop them messaging me.  I would like to report this matter and I seem to remember there used to be an option to click on to 'Report a Seller' but I can't seem to find it now.  I would welcome any help or advise on this matter.

Scroll down to "Report a seller" on here:

You can also report the messages via the three dots link, top right of message.

Re: Advise on negative feedback situation

Instead of leaving negative you should have opened a not as described case. That costs seller money to provide a return label or send you the other two.

This could have been a genuine mistake by seller and you just left a negative instead of making seller sort it out.
