Account suspended permanently BBE. HELP

Hello,  

so after 16 years and over 2500 item sold ebay just suspended my account permanently for BBE. 

I had a couple of cases opened lately but nothing out of the usual.  Late delivery, item not picked up ..etc ( common in worldwide shipping) 

I reached out to ebay Help and they said that they cannot do anything about this. i called them and made a appeal.  same thing. This happened without any warning or previous suspension.    I have 2 negative feedbacks / all year  I have only 4/5 stars on all metrics and above standard metrics.   

I am a business seller so this will impact me drastically.  

Is there anything else that i can do to resolve this  issue ?

I have bad news.

A permanent or indefinite restriction is a lifetime ban,  there's no comeback from it.

No point in contacting Customer Services , they will not discuss any restrictions and will just refer you back to any eBay messages you received.

I'm afraid you cannot sell on eBay again.

It would have helped to mention that you're registered in Romania, although I doubt this will make any difference. I imagine that the permanence of an "indefinite" restriction is the same on all eBay sites. As apparently is eBay's unwillingness to help.

As you probbaly know, eBay is now liable to apply the same restriction to any other account they associate with yours, e.g. registered at the same address or has logged in from the same connected device.

That is sad since it was my business account. Without any notice or warning, just banned for life.  For what ? for a bad week.  sad and angry
